There is no faster karma than real estate karma. In negotiations if a Party strikes too hard at first, it can prematurely stop a deal or make it very difficult. Starting off on fair footing and maintaining an equilibrium throughout a transaction with a give and take is key. There are times a Buyer needs the Seller's assistance to authorize an extension.

At times a Seller may have to rely on a Buyer's graciousness to agree to a leaseback. If both Parties see things from the other's perspective they can support each other and address concerns as they arise. Guaranteed, if parties mutually start a transaction with integrity it is bound to be a positive experience.
