Minoo Elison

Principal Broker and Owner

Minoo Elison is the Principal Broker and Owner of Connect Hawaii. Founded in 2018 she sought to create a real estate firm focused on positive client experiences, long term relationships, and education. Minoo is no stranger to hard work. Born and raised on Oahu in Kailua, she is a graduate of I’olani School with a Finance degree from Creighton University. As a lifelong learner, she is someone who thrives on connecting with people and creating efficiencies to improve the quality of life. In her 19 years of experience in Hawaii real estate, Elison understands how deeply personal buying and selling a home is.

In an age where owners and buyers rely heavily on web searches, Minoo brings her personal touch, care and experience, to tailor the service to exceed the needs and goals of her clients. With a background in commercial real estate appraisal and equity trading, her superior comparable analysis has garnered her a reputation for market pricing with high accuracy.

Elison credits her success to people. “Never underestimate the power of relationships,” she said. Minoo brings her team of home professionals to clean, landscape, stage, photograph and video the property in order to capture the spirit and lifestyle to the targeted demographic. Combined with her strategic pricing and marketing of a home, it’s no wonder why so many Hawaii homeowners entrust her to sell their properties for the highest price in the shortest time.

Elison’s business is powered 97% on referrals generated from an ever growing network of clients, realtors and mortgage brokers across the state of Hawaii, U.S. and internationally. Minoo believes, “When you take good care of your clients and forge a mutual relationship built on trust, people remember it and share you with their friends and family. It’s aloha in action.”

Utilizing the Buffini & Co. CRM she deepens client relationships — staying in contact long after the transaction is over. Elison gets invited to family events and house warming parties. She says it’s the nature of her work as a real estate broker that you get close to people when you help them buy or sell a home, but it has a lot to do with her personality. Minoo is a leader who inspires and gets you fired up about life.

I've bought and sold many houses, Minoo is the best Broker I've worked with. She has a customer focus that is a benchmark I wish others had. Her professionalism and drive is refreshing when so many seem to be part time in the real estate business. Being a standout in a washed out business is difficult to do, but she has nailed it.
